Azharuddin Motivates Trainee Civil Servants in Hyderabad

Azharuddin | Hyderabad, Dec. 17 (Maxim News): Telangana Minister for Minority Welfare and Public Enterprises Mohammed Azharuddin on Wednesday inspired trainee civil servants during a special programme held at the Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute (Dr. MCR HRD Institute) in Hyderabad.

Minister Azharuddin attending the event as the Chief Guest, the Minister interacted with trainee IAS, IPS, AIS and CCS officers, urging them to serve the nation with dedication, discipline and integrity.

Emphasising the values of leadership and responsibility, Mohammed Azharuddin said public service offered an opportunity to bring meaningful change to people’s lives and called upon the trainees to uphold the highest standards of ethics in their future careers.

Creating a warm and engaging atmosphere, the Minister also shared a light-hearted reference to Hyderabadi biryani, which drew smiles and applause from the trainees.

The informal interaction helped build a strong rapport between the senior leadership and the future administrators.

A special highlight of the programme was when Mohammed Azharuddin signed a cricket bat for the trainee officers.

The moment generated enthusiasm among the participants and symbolised sportsmanship, excellence and commitment, values that the Minister encouraged the trainees to imbibe both in their professional and personal lives.

Azharuddin Motivates Trainee Civil Servants

As part of the programme, trainee civil servants actively took part in a range of sports and recreational competitions organised by the Institute.

These included track events such as the 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres and 4×100 metres relay, along with Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Musical Chairs, Football and Tug-of-War.

From the outset, the trainees displayed a strong ‘can-do’ spirit, teamwork and determination.

The participants showcased the philosophy of “breathe, believe and battle,” underlining the importance of perseverance and resilience.

Several trainees won medals across different events, promoting physical fitness, unity and healthy competition among future administrators.

The event was organised under the leadership of Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana Ms. A. Santhi Kumari, who also serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute.

Senior officials, faculty members and trainees of the Institute were present on the occasion.

The programme highlighted the significance of physical fitness, a positive mindset and meaningful interaction between senior leaders and aspiring civil servants, reinforcing holistic development alongside administrative training. (Maxim News)
