Mahesh Kumar Goud called these actions unfair. He said the state wanted only fair social balance.
Mahesh Kumar noted that these steps aimed to support all backward groups. He added that this process needed support at every level.

Mahesh Kumar Goud said the Congress government acted with full clarity.
Mahesh Kumar also said the work done by the team proved the intent. He noted that field teams saw strong support for these steps in all districts.
He said about 90 percent of sarpanch seats may go to Congress backed leaders. He said local teams worked hard to build trust. He added that the Congress unit showed clear plans for village works.
