BJP MLA Pratap Bheel booked for rape twice in 10 months
Rajasthan, Nov. 18: A rape case has been lodged against BJP MLA Pratap Bheel for the second time in 10 months. He is an MLA from Rajasthan’s Gogunda constituency.
In both cases, the MLA allegedly raped the women on the pretext of marriage after he promised to provide them with jobs.
In a fresh case, a woman approached the Ambamata Superintendent of Police and alleged that Pratap Bheel raped her after promising her a job. She said Bheel raped her several times after promising to marry her.
Another case of rape was registered against the MLA 10 months ago in Sukher. A CID investigation is underway in this case.
In this case, the woman told police that Pratap Bheel had promised her a job after she met him seeking employment. Since then, the woman alleged that he kept calling her.
She alleged that in March last year the MLA reached her house and raped her. She also said he promised to marry her.
The MLA has denied all allegations.
