Hyderabad, July 16 (Maxim News): The BRS party has requested the State Election Commission to remove symbols resembling the election symbol ‘car‘ from the list of free symbols.
It has been alleged that some people are misusing the symbols resembling the car. The party submitted a petition to the Election Commission. It said that it had implemented all the promises made when it was in power and thus had won the trust of the people.
It alleged that opponents misused symbols resembling cars to attack them. By using symbols resembling cars, some individuals got more votes than recognised parties. It said that due to the small size of the symbols, voters could not distinguish between the car and other symbols. (Maxim News)
