Center To Celebrate Telangana Formation Day At Golconda Fort: Kishan Reddy

Delhi/ Hyderabad, May 31 (Maxim News) Union Minister for Tourism and Culture, G. Kishan Reddy said that as part of Azadi Ka amrit Mahtosav, the Telangana Formation Day will be organised in Golconda Fort this year.

He said that the cultural department will organize these festivals under the auspices of the Central government. He said that on June 2 at 7 am, Telangana’s Formation Day celebrations will be started with the unveiling of the National Flag. Cultural programs and programs about the Telangana movement will be presented on the evening of June 3.

He also said that photo painting competitions will be organized for school students under the name “Qila Aur kahani“. He said that the Center has decided to organize Telangana Formation Day celebrations in different states. The people of Telangana living in the respective states were invited to the Raj Bhavan and arrangements were made to conduct it under the auspices of the Governors. “Ek Bharat – shresth Bharat” he said that the Center has taken a decision to celebrate the formation days of all the states everywhere. It will be done under the leadership of Lt. Governor in Delhi as well. (Maxim News)
