Chandrababu instals Kasani Gyaneshwar as party president of Telangana

Hyderabad, Nov.10 (NSS): National president of TDP and former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu today said he was responsible for the transformation of Hyderabad into a technology rich city of the country.  He said the then TDP government had taken Hyderabad on the path of development and technology.

Speaking to media persons at NTR Trust Bhavan after taking part in the charge taking ceremony of party leader Kasani Gyaneswar as State party president, he said Kasani was made the State president as he would ensure development of the party in Telangana. Stating that the TDP is the party of weaker sections, he said the party should get its lost glory in the State.

Talking about his negligence of the party State unit, he said he could not focus on development of the party due to his focus on the development of the neighbouring Andhra Pradesh State. He said Hyderabad had become better than Dubai and Singapore due to his efforts. He also said the TDP was responsible for the increase of the land values in Telangana.

Kasani said he would work hard for the development of the party in the State and added that he had joined the party on the invitation of Chandrababu Naidu.  He said he would tour all the villages in the State for strengthening of the party. (NSS)
