Indian Army’s Future Technical Warriors Graduate From 1 EME Centre
Secunderabad: The Passing Out Parade of Agniveer Batch-05/24 was conducted at 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad, with full military decorum and traditional regalia. A total of 1,024 Agniveers successfully completed their Basic and Advanced Military Training, marking their formal induction into the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME).
The parade was reviewed by Brigadier Prashant Bajpai, Commandant, 1 EME Centre. Addressing the newly inducted Agniveers, the Commandant commended their dedication, resilience, and commitment throughout the rigorous training process. He urged them to serve the Nation with unwavering sincerity, upholding the safety, honour, and integrity of the Armed Forces.

In recognition of exceptional performance, outstanding Agniveers were felicitated with medals by the Commandant. AV Vishnu Soni was adjudged Best in Drill / Parade Commander while AV Prithvijeet Kumar was awarded Overall Best Agniveer.
The Agniveers of the Corps of EME have been trained as technical specialists, equipped with advanced skills to operate and maintain a wide array of sophisticated military equipment critical to operational readiness. This milestone event reflects the ongoing commitment of the Indian Army to foster technologically adept and mission-ready soldiers in line with contemporary battlefield requirements.
