CJ Sujoy Pal Administers Oath To Three Permanent Judges Of HC
Hyderabad, Feb 14 (Maxim News): Three additional judges of the Telangana High Court have been appointed as permanent judges.
It is known that the Center has issued orders appointing Justice lakshminarayana Alisetty, Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti and Justice Sujana as permanent judges.
The Acting Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Sujoy Pal, administered the oath to them on Friday. The three judges took charge as additional judges on July 31, 2023.
It is a must that the Supreme Court Collegium recently recommended their appointment as permanent judges.
Taking into account the recommendations of the Supreme Court Collegium, the Center has issued orders appointing the three as permanent judges.
In this order, the Acting Chief Justice, Justice Sujay Pal, administered the oath in the first courtroom. (Maxim News)
