Hyderabad, May 20 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held a review meeting on the Industries Department at MCHRD. Land allotment and establishment of industries in Bharat Future City were discussed. The CM said that Future City designs should be on the lines of Net Zero City. He made it clear that the infrastructure should be at an international level. There should be no compromise on this. He suggested that international level cities should be studied. Land allotments should be made only after developing trunk infrastructure. The CM said that international level companies should be brought to Future City.
The CM said that 500 acres should be allocated to public representatives, civil service officials and journalists in Future City. He suggested that steps should be taken to bring the health cluster announced by the Center to Future City. If necessary, the Chief Minister said that he would meet Prime Minister Modi and request him to allocate a health cluster. He wanted to ensure that the foundation stone for the establishment of industries in Future City Industrial Park would be laid in June. He said that a provision should be made to start the construction of industries immediately after the land allocation. He ordered a special cell to attract investments under the name of Invest Telangana. He revealed that an attractive logo and website should be created for Invest Telangana. He wanted to set up a special office for Invest Telangana.
The CM ordered an escort officer system for those investing in the state. He said that the issue of appointing a Group 1 level officer as an escort officer should be examined. He wanted to study the industrial policies of Tamil Nadu and Gujarat. He ordered land acquisition for the bullet train. He suggested setting up a data city on 1500 acres. He suggested using STPs for the water needs of the data city. He ordered government lands near Karimnagar, Warangal and Vijayawada roads for GCCs and data centers.
