Speaking to media, the MLA made explosive claims, saying, “I don’t have issues with anyone else in the party—except one person. The attack was clearly planned, and I strongly suspect it was ordered by a person from my own constituency, Gollakittu.”

Sri Ganesh pointed out that those who carried out the attack were outsiders, not local residents of his constituency, and claimed the assault was directly targeted. “They didn’t even wait for my driver to get out. The intention was clear — this wasn’t random,” he asserted.

He also revealed that the police have advised him to escalate the issue to senior Congress leadership. Expressing frustration over internal rivalry, the MLA said, “Some people are openly threatening me, claiming they’ll finish me off. If I don’t respond now, my reaction later will be stronger.”

Condemning the power-hungry elements within the party, Sri Ganesh stated, “It’s unacceptable for someone to act like a political goon and declare that no one else should exist in the party. That’s not democracy — that’s dictatorship.”
