Chennai/Hyderabad, May 9 (Maxim News): TTamil Nadu politicsamil Nadu politics is taking many turns. Vijay-led TVK, which is trying to form the government, is facing setbacks. TVK has released a video claiming that an AMMK MLA has supported it. However, the AMMK party has complained that it is a forged letter. (TTV Dhinakaran) TVK has claimed that S Kamaraj, the only MLA who won the elections from the TTV Dhinakaran-led Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK), has supported it. A video clip of him signing the letter has also been shared on social media. Ramaraj has stated in it that he is supporting TVK with the approval of AMMK general secretary Dhinakaran. It is reported that TVK has also submitted this letter to the Governor.
Meanwhile, AMMK general secretary Dinakaran alleged that the letter was fake and that the video of Kamaraj signing it was created using AI. He told the media that his party had not announced any support to TVK. He alleged that their only MLA was missing and that TVK was bargaining for him. He said that a complaint will be filed against TVK with the police regarding the forged letter of support. Dinakaran reached the Guindy Range ACP office at 2 am on Sunday and filed a complaint against TVK.
On the other hand, TVK lashed out at AMMK general secretary Dhinakaran, accusing him of spreading false news and misinformation. The party made it clear that it does not need to negotiate or hold talks with anyone in its bid to form the government.
In the wake of these developments, AMMK general secretary Dhinakaran gave another twist. On Saturday, he met Governor Rajendra Vishwanath R Lekar along with his lone MLA Kamaraj. He said that his party will support the formation of the government led by AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami. However, his latest action is in complete contradiction to Dhinakaran’s allegations that his lone MLA is missing and that he is vulnerable to political temptations. (Maxim News)
