CPI And CPM To Have An Alliance With Congress

Hyderabad, Aug 22 (Maxim News) CPI and CPM felt cheated by the BRS President and Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao without following the friendly dharma unilaterally announced the list of the candidates for the 115 constituencies, now these both Communist parties are looking forward to having an alliance with the Congress to avoid splitting the anti-government vote.

It may be recalled that both the CPI and CPM are partners in the I.N.D.I.A. alliance, in this background, it seems that the same policy will be adopted in the state.

CPM state secretary met at MB Bhavan today, Party Secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram, leaders Veeraiah, Nagaiah, and others participated in the meeting. Polit Bureau members Vijayaraghavan and BV Raghavu are reported to have attended this meeting, It is learned that the strategy to be followed in the Assembly and Parliamentary elections was discussed.

On the other hand, CPI State Secretary Koonanneni Sambasiva Rao, and leaders Ghada Venkat Reddy and Palla Venkata Reddy met at Mukhdhoom Bhavan, and both parties have also decided to contest this election together. it is reported that the leaders of both parties have expressed the opinion that the anti-government vote will be split by teaming up with Congress.
