QNET fraud network busted in Hyderabad after police raids
QNET fraud | Hyderabad,, March 23: Hyderabad Police launched raids on a QNET fraud Hyderabad network accused of cheating investors through multi level marketing schemes.
Officers deployed 25 police teams across the city. They started searches at several locations at the same time.
Police also expanded the operation beyond Telangana. Teams are conducting searches in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. This action followed several complaints from victims. Therefore, officers began a coordinated investigation.
Investigators said the network mainly targeted IT employees. The suspects promised high returns and attractive investment plans. They also convinced victims to take bank loans. Later, they pushed them to invest that money into the scheme.
QNET fraud Hyderabad cases moved for deeper investigation
Police identified nearly 20 key suspects in the QNET fraud Hyderabad case. Officers are now tracking their movements. Meanwhile, complaints increased in recent months. As a result, officials intensified the probe.
Cases were registered at Banjara Hills, Madhura Nagar, and Masab Tank police stations. Later, senior officers shifted these cases to the Central Crime Station. They took this step due to the seriousness of the allegations.
Police said the accused used misleading promotions. They claimed investors could earn large profits quickly. However, victims later realised they were cheated. Consequently, many approached the police.
Officers then started surveillance on the group. Eventually, they exposed the larger network. At present, police continue search operations. They expect more arrests soon.
Meanwhile, officials advised citizens to stay alert. They also asked people to verify investment schemes carefully. Furthermore, they urged investors to avoid offers that promise quick profits. The QNET fraud Hyderabad investigation is still in progress.
