CVC Vigilance Awareness Week Begins
Hyderabad, Oct.28 (Maxim News): The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has decided that this year Vigilance Awareness Week would be observed from October 28 to November 2 with the theme “Integrity – A way of life”.
In a pressnote here today, P. Sreenivas, general manager and zonal head, Bank of Baroda, Hyderabad Zone, administered “Integrity Pledge’ to all the staff in the Zonal office and said the entire staff in 490+ branches in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were administered “Integrity Pledge’. The Bank of Baroda will be conducting awareness programs/activities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States by organizing workshops.
Sensitizing students in schools and Colleges, the bank will be conducting Gram Sabhas in the rural areas displaying banners and posters for citizens. The awareness week will conclude with a Walkathon by the staff on November 2 to create vigilance awareness and useful in eradicating corruption. Awards and prizes will be presented to the winners and participants on the concluding day. (Maxim News)
