Deadline For Liquor Shop Applications Till Oct 18

Hyderabad, Oct 9 (Maxim News): Applications are being invited for obtaining licenses to operate liquor shops for the year 2025-27 under the Charminar Prohibition and Excise Station, Charminar Prohibition and Excise Inspector G. Srinivasa Rao said in a statement. He said that applications are being invited for obtaining new licenses to operate retail liquor shops from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2027.

Anyone above the age of 21 years can apply by paying Rs. 3 lakhs (non-refundable) till the 18th of this month, he said. Those who get shop allotment will get a license valid for two years. Applications for liquor shops should be submitted to the concerned District Prohibition Excise Officer, Commissioner of Prohibition,

He said that applications will be accepted at the Excise and Telangana State offices. He said that applications from liquor shops related to Hyderabad district will be accepted on the fourth floor of Abkari Bhavan in Nampally . (Maxim News)
