Dr Sanjay Kumar Jha Today Inaugurated E-office At MIDHANI

Hyderabad, Aug.12 (Maxim News): MIDHANI Managing Director Dr Sanjay Kumar Jha inaugurated e-office system to facilitate a simplified, responsive and transparent working of all departments in MIDHANI as part of “Atma Nirbhar Bharat” Abhiyan. OffIcial from Vigilance Department were also graced the event.

E-office system allows quick disposal of files electronically resulting in reduced paperwork and significant time saving. Also, the system is expected to enhance transparency & accountability within the organisation. The system will help in collaboration & effective knowledge management at MIDHANI.

In view of COVID-19 restrictions, e-office would also help in ensuring uninterrupted workflow amongst various departments by avoiding physical contact and reducing the chances of spread. Also, the system would help in providing a safe working environment for MIDHANI employees. (Maxim News)
