Hyderabad, May 16 (Maxim News): Key political parties in the country were expressing their disappointment over the functioning of Election Commission of India. These parties are alleging that the EC was behaving in a discriminatory manner in the country.
The Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has been holding programs protesting the attitude of the EC for a long time. In a fresh development, CPI national secretary Dr. K. Narayana launched a scathing attack against the EC. He alleged that the Commission was working under the control of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said there was a need to bring in changes in the process of holding elections. He also demanded that the EC hold the elections on proportionate basis.
Commenting on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana CM KCR, he alleged that the two CMs had constituted SITs to do black mailing politics. (Maxim News)
