The investigation agency has also focused on the premises of one of the directors of this consultancy, Rishiraj Singh. The searches have been going on for some time in the money laundering case related to coal smuggling. It is known that these raids that took place in Bengal a few months ago were a topic of discussion. During the searches, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee visited the house of the AIPAC chief.

It is noteworthy that his house was also searched at that time. The ED alleged that there were obstructions from the Bengal government during the searches. The matter is being investigated in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, AIPAC has been working with the TMC since the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. These developments have become a topic of discussion as the assembly elections are about to be held in Bengal.(Maxim News)
