Fake IAS, IPS Officers In Hyderabad, Roaming Around In A Siren Vehicle And Collecting Money

Hyderabad, Nov 26 (Maxim News): West Zone DCP Chintamaneni Srinivas revealed the details of the arrest of fake IAS and IPS officers to the media. He revealed that the fake officer was arrested by the Film Nagar police. He said that the accused was committing threats and fraud in the name of IAS and IPS.  The Film nagar police, who arrested him on Wednesday (November 26), said that fake ID cards were seized from the accused.

The name of this fake officer is Bathula Shashikant. In the extortion hunt, he showed bodyguards in a gym in Shaikpet area and took Rs. 18 lakh from them. We seized 2 mobile phones, six SIM cards, other gadgets along with fake ID cards from the accused. He used to hire retired army personnel with gun licenses as bodyguards and travel in a siren vehicle.

He is creating fake ID cards and posing as an IAS, IPS, NIA officer. Those who have taken licensed guns for personal security should not use guns for job purposes. We will soon arrest the two guards of the accused, Bathula Shashikant said DCP Srinivas. (Maxim News)
