False Case Filed: Will Fight Legally: MLC Kavitha
Delhi/Hyderabad, March 23 (Maxim News): BRS MLC Kavitha said that false cases were filed against her. Kavitha, who is under ED custody in the Delhi Liquor Scam Case
Speaking to the media before going to the Court, she said that false cases were filed against her. She alleged that it was a fake case and a political conspiracy. She said that she was asked again and again during the investigation. Kavitha said that we will fight this case legally.
It is known that ED officials have arrested BRS leader and MLC Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. The Rouse Avenue Court remanded her in custody for a week in this case. This custody period ended on Saturday. ED then produced Kavitha in Rouse Avenue Court. ED asked to hand over kavitha to ED custody for another five days. ED explained to the Court that medical tests are being conducted.
