Safety of Municipal Sweepers is very important. They help us keep the city cleans. Cleanliness is equal to godliness. Be it Corona, rain, shine, they are there sweeping the streets. Their safety especially in the outbreak of Corona is very important. They have been working risking their lives. So Freemasons of this area decided to donate a substantial number of Hand Sanitisers, which covers about 4000 workers, informed Madanmohan, D. Ramchandram and Maddulete.
Street sweepers play an important role in maintaining the health and hygiene within the cities. Their job exposes to many risks, especially during the out break of virus like Corona, the hand sanitizers will help them protect from the disease causing germs, and help stop the spread of the virus they added.
A city is often judged by its cleanliness. Cleanliness is all the more important especially during the present situation, they shared.
Most people take street sweepers for granted. But, Freemasons of Telangana kick started a drive called “Project Bun”. For more than 3 weeks now, we have been distributing 1500 Bun+Banana+Biscuits every day morning at various locations in the city to GHMC Sweepers, which is highly appreciated shared Madan, Ram and Maddhu.
