Gadwal BRS MLA Disqualified To Approach The Supreme Court Against HC Verdict

Hyderabad, Aug 24 (Maxim News): Disqualified BRS Gadwal MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy said that the verdict of the Telangana High Court was given accusing that false information was given in the affidavit. He said that the court also disqualified him without giving him any notice, and without hearing the arguments. He said that he has full faith in the court. He said that he would approach the Supreme Court against the disqualification imposed on him by the Telangana High Court.

He expressed confidence that the people of Gadwal constituency are with him and that he will win again as Gadwal MLA with a majority of 50,000 votes in the upcoming elections.

DK ARUNA HAPPY WITH THE HIGH COURT VERDICT

BJP National Vice President D.K Aruna expressed happiness over the verdict of the Telangana High Court.  she said she welcomed the High Court verdict.  She said that justice had been done to her even though it was delayed.  She said that Krishna Mohan Reddy did not show some points in the election affidavit and he brought this matter to the attention of the High Court.  After the investigation, the High Court disqualified Krishna Mohan Reddy and recognized her as an MLA.

It is known that Gadwal BRS MLA Krishnamohan Reddy was disqualified by Telangana High Court.  The High Court ruled that the election of MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy was invalid.  The Court convicted Krishna Mohan Reddy for submitting a false affidavit.  The High Court recognized BJP’s candidate D.K Aruna as the MLA of the second position.  Krishna Mohan Reddy was fined Rs. 3 lakh, in this, the Court ordered to give Rs. 50 thousand to D.K Aruna.  

D. K. Aruna filed two petitions in the High Court saying that Krishna Mohan Reddy did not disclose the full details of his assets. After hearing these two petitions, the High Court found that Krishna Mohan Reddy had not fully disclosed the details of his assets and that his election as an MLA was invalid.  The High Court ordered the EC to recognize D.K. Aruna as an MLA.  (Maxim News)
