GHMC Standing Committee Approved Eleven Issues 

Hyderabad, May 19 (Maxim News): Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Standing Committee has approved the 11 issues pertaining to the city in the meeting held today under the chairmanship of  Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi.

Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar, Standing Committee members Shanti Saizen Shekhar, Syed Minha Zuddin, Syed Sohel Qaudri, Samina Begum, Abdul Waheb, Mohammad Abdul Muktadar, Mohammad Majid Hussain, Vanam Sangeet Yadav, Pandala Satish Babu, E.S. Raj Jitendra Nath, T. Maheshwari participated.

The committee approval for acquisition of 15 properties along with recommendations for Government approval including 18 meter link road width under RDP from Road No.92 Jubilee Hills to Road No.12 Banjara Hills in master plan.

 After considering the urgency of naming LB Nagar Junction as Telangana Martyr Srikanta Chari Junction, the committee approved it as soon as the Municipal Administration issued Government Order 54 on April 4, 

As per  Government Order 53 April 4. issued by Municipal Administration Urban Development Department to christen LB Nagar RHS Flyover constructed by SRDP as Mall Maisamma Flyover.

Drainage diversion at Periki Pond, GajulaRamaram Village, Kutbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District at a cost of Rs. 3 crores for approval of tender along with administrative approval to build. 

Management of Call Center (040-2111 1111) by GHMC IT Section by GVK – EMRI Green Health for three years from 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2026 Services Rs. 2,27,02,061 approved by the Committee for approval of the administration.

MoU with the Zonal Commissioner of Kukat Pally to construct a road through Corporate Social Responsibility by Aparna Construction and Estate Private Limited in KukatPally Zone Kutbullapur Circle Jeedimetla Ward No.132, Pate Bashirabad.

Central medians/traffic islands through Serilingampally Zone UBD from IIIT Junction to Radisson Hotel (opposite DLF) under CSR to DLF Foundation from 29th May 2023 to 28th May 2026 Approval of the committee to enter into MoU with Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner for maintenance for three years.

Under the Road Development Plan, 30 meters, 18 meters road width from Naku Kondapur Junction to Police Colony, 30 meters road width from Naku Safari Nagar to Kondapur Jani Majeed via HT line police ground, the committee approved the acquisition of 43 properties.

Under RDP, 30 meter road will be widened to 48 meter wide and TV Tower Junction Musarambagh to Ali Cafe Junction (1.4 km long), Musi River Amber Pate Causeway (0.6 km long) 48 meter wide, total 109 properties will be acquired. approval

Acquisition of 282 properties under RDP from TKR Kaman to Nagarjuna Sagar Road via ZP Road for 30 meter road width.

Committee approval for operation and maintenance of Mahaparinirvana (Graveyard) in Secunderabad Zone Begumpet Circle Daniyala Gutta to Mahaprasthanam Trust for five years under CSR.
