The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold shot up by Rs. 210, reaching Rs. 58,010, while 24-carat gold saw an even sharper increase of Rs. 240, settling at Rs. 63,240 per 10 grams.

This rise comes amidst recent fluctuations in the global gold market. Although the wedding season typically sees a dip in gold prices, this year observed a different trend.
