Guv Greets Telugu People On Shivaratri

Hyderabad, March 3 (Maxim News): Governor ESL Narasimhan today greeted people of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on the occasion of Maha Shivarathi festival on March 4.

In a release, the Governor said, “On the auspicious occasion of “Mahasivarathri,” I convey my heartiest greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Mahasivarathri, is the most auspicious festival for millions of devotees of Lord Shiva and the day is observed with fervor and devotion”, he said. He also said it was considered highly auspicious to worship Lord Shiva on this day. The Governor also said, “May this auspicious occasion inspire noble thoughts of love, affection, amity and brotherhood in all of us. I once again convey my warm greetings to all on this auspicious occasion”, he added.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao conveyed his greetings on the auspicious occasion of ‘Maha Shivrathri’. CM said, ‘I pray the Lord Shiva to bless the state and people with good health, happiness and prosperity’.(Maxim News)
