HAR GHAR TIRANGA: National Flags Available in post offices for Rs. 25

Hyderabad, Aug.1 (Maxim News): As a part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the national flag would be available at all head post offices for Rs 25 informed CH. Ramakrishna, Asst, Director of Postal Services Hyderabad Region. He also said that the sale of National Flags from Post Offices has commenced in Telangana under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign as part of ‘AzadiKaAmritMahotsav’.

About 7,50,000 National Flags are being supplied to 6214 Post Offices in 31 Districts of Telangana and the same are available for sale from 1st August 2022. National Flags of size 30inches x 20 inches without flag pole are available at a price of Rs 25/- per flag, Ramakrishna added.

Postal staff is organizing outreach campaigns in villages, schools, colleges, institutions, etc., to create awareness about the importance of the National Flag Campaign and to instill feelings of patriotism, apart they have been also instructed to educate the general public about the latest Flag Code Ramakrishna said.

Citizens are requested to actively take part in the ‘HarGharTiranga’ Campaign and hoist the National Flag in their homes from the 13th to the 15th of August 2022. The country is celebrating ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ as part of the 75 years of independence and the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is a part of it. (Maxim News)
