Heavy Rains In Telangana On Sept 26 And 27: Red Alert Issued

Hyderabad, Sept 24 (Maxim News): Telangana has been experiencing heavy rains for the past few days. People are facing many difficulties due to incessant rains. Low-lying areas are getting flooded. Especially in Hyderabad, the city residents are facing difficulties due to heavy rains.

While the rains are continuing.. recently.. Once again, the Hyderabad Meteorological Center officials have issued a rain alert for the state. They have issued warnings that heavy to very heavy rains will occur in many districts of the state until the 27th of this month.

The Meteorological Department has revealed that there is a possibility of heavy rains this month due to the formation of a depression in the Bay of Bengal once again.

The Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in the state of Telangana on the 26th and 27th of this month due to the depression. Another low pressure area is likely to form in the Bay of Bengal on the 25th of this month and it is likely to strengthen into a depression by the 26th.

This depression will cross the coasts of South Odisha and North Andhra on the 27th. Due to this, there is a possibility of 10 to 20 cm of rainfall at many places in Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Janagama, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts.

On the 26th, Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Janagama, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts are likely to receive rainfall of between 10 and 20 cm. On the 27th, there will be scattered rains in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts.

Authorities have issued warnings to people in low-lying areas to be alert in the wake of heavy rains. The Meteorological Department has stated that strong gusty winds with a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour will blow in the wake of heavy rains, and thunder and lightning will occur in some places.

On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has said that moderate to heavy rains will occur in several districts of the state today and tomorrow. Meteorological Department officials are warning that moderate to heavy rains are likely to occur in Hyderabad city on Wednesday, especially in the evening.

People are already facing difficulties due to incessant rains in the city. GHMC and Hydra staff are on alert and taking relief measures. However, officials have advised people in low-lying areas to be vigilant in the wake of heavy rains (Maxim News)
