High Court Adjourns Disha Encounter Case To Jan 23

Hyderabad, Jan 2 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana hearing on the Commission report related to the Disha Encounter Case has been adjourned for further hearing to January 23.

Supreme Court Senior Advocate Vrinda Karvel took up the arguments on behalf of the victims of the encounter, The Advocate brought the encounter to the attention of the Court. The Lawyer said that the encounter of the four accused in police custody was done in the name of scene reconstruction.

The Police said that the owner Srinivas Reddy was the first to recognize the lorry after seeing it on CCTV. But Srinivas Reddy did not reveal this before the Commission. However, the High Court will hear the arguments in this case on January 23. (Maxim News)
