Hyderabad. April 28: Pilot Rohith Reddy received major relief after the Telangana High Court granted him bail in the Moinabad farmhouse drugs case.
Rohith Reddy was lodged in Chanchalguda jail as a remand prisoner. However, the High Court approved conditional bail after hearing arguments from both sides.
High Court Grants Bail In Moinabad Drugs Case
The case had created significant attention in both Telugu states. Moreover, investigators had named Rohith Reddy in connection with the alleged drugs case linked to a farmhouse in Moinabad.
He approached the High Court seeking bail in the matter. Following the hearing, the court granted relief with specific conditions.
With the order, his release from jail is expected shortly after completion of formal procedures.
The detailed conditions imposed by the court are yet to be officially disclosed.
