Hyderabad, April 15 (Maxim News): The High Court has refused to issue a passport to state minister Adluri Laxman. It has ordered the Passport Authority to issue it only if he gets an NOC from the trial court. It is known that Minister Adluri Laxman approached the High Court alleging that the Passport Authority had not issued him a passport in the wake of the criminal cases against him.
With this, the High Court clarified that a passport should be issued only if there is an NOC in the trial court, that the NOC is only useful for issuing a passport, and that if one wants to travel abroad, one must approach the trial court again. (Maxim News)
