House adjourns sine die after approval of Appropriation Bill
Hyderabad, Feb.25 (Maxim News): The Assembly today passed the Appropriation Bill for 2019-20 during its session here. Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy adjourned the house sine die after passing the bill for Rs 1.82,017-crore.
When Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao presented the bill in the House in the morning, Leader of the Opposition Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka started the debate on the Appropriation Bill and sought clarification from the Chief Minister on the same. After KCR clarifying on the proposals in the bill, the Speaker adjourned the House sine die.
The House started on February 22 and the Leader of the House presented the budget followed by debate on February 23. On Monday, the House discussed the budget and its proposals by the members. With this, the government can make use of the funds for a proposed period of six months. (Maxim News)
