According to the car owner, his vehicle has a fuel tank capacity of 27 litres.
He asked the staff to fill the tank, but the bill showed 29.5 litres of petrol.
He claimed that the tank already had some fuel, making the total quantity questionable.
The owner confronted the staff and demanded verification using a standard measuring cylinder.
However, the staff reportedly suggested checking with 5 litre cans instead.

They also denied any issue at the pump and claimed the vehicle might have a problem.
The customer alleged that the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
He further stated that staff asked him to approach the police if he had concerns.
The incident comes amid earlier complaints in Hyderabad about fuel quality and incorrect meter readings.
The car owner has urged authorities to conduct inspections and take strict action.
Officials have not yet issued a formal response on the allegation.
