Hyderabad will see “Sea of Changes” – Asaduddin Owaisi

Hyderabad, April 9 (Maxim News): All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen Chief Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi assured Hyderabadis that the old city (South Zone) will be converted into flood free zone soon, Rs. 300 Cr. will spend on this project.

Addressing a Meet the press program organized by the Telangana Urdu Working Journalists’ Federation in City here on Tuesday, he said that to overcome the traffic problems, road widening works will be taken up on large scale and regarding Metro Rail in old city of Hyderabad Owaisi claimed that some parts of the Metro Rail are already covered in Old City from Draulshifa to Falaknuma corridor, he said that the construction agency is not having sufficient money to complete the project on the other hand the Union Government has failed to provide sufficient funds for completion of the project still with the help of state government the last corridor of the Metro Rail will be completed and old city will have the services of Metro Rail.

Asaduddin Owaisi said that the heritage structure of Somalia General Hospital will be protected and the services of the hospital will be improved. He also said that to safeguard the greenery in and around the city an special plan will be implemented. On lack of grave yards in the city, MIM Supremo claimed that he has written to the Government to provide lands in the outskirts in the city for Muslims’ and Christians’ Community. (Maxim News)
