IMD-H Issued Orange Alert For Hailstorm In Districts
Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): The Indian Meteorological Department – Hyderabad (IMD-H) has warned that light to moderate rains are likely to occur in Telangana in the next three days. It said there is a possibility of rain with thunder, lightning, and gusty winds of 50-60 km per hour.

It said there is a possibility of hailstorms in many places from Saturday to Sunday morning, hailstorm will occur in Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanmakonda, vikarabad, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, and Nagar Kurnool districts.
To this extent, an orange alert has been issued to the respective districts. Rains with scattered thunder, lightning, and gusty winds are expected in Nalgonda, Suryapet, Jangaon, Siddipet, Yadadri, Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Medchal, Hyderabad, and Medak districts.

A yellow alert has been issued for the respective districts from Sunday to Monday, rains are likely to occur in Mancherial, Nalgonda, Surya pet, Mahabubabad, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, medical Malkajgiri, Sangareddy, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Nagar Kurnool Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jagulamba Gadwala districts.
The Meteorological Center has explained that from Monday to Tuesday there will be scattered rains in Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Bhupalpally, Warangal, Hanmakonda, Siddiqui, Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar, Nagar Kurnool and Ganapathy districts. (Maxim News)
