Zardari alleged that India is clearly preparing for another war in the current tense situation in the Middle East. He accused India of committing hydro terrorism by suspending the Indus Waters Treaty. He said it is not right to use water flows as a weapon by linking it to politics. Meanwhile, he added that they are trying to resolve issues through peace and dialogue.

He also said that tension between the two countries has not yet subsided. However, he stated that Pakistan is ready to hold talks with India. His remarks have created a stir amid ongoing diplomatic strain between the two nations.

It is known that 26 tourists lost their lives in the recent Pahalgam terror attack. After this incident, India launched attacks on terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoK under the name of Operation Sindh. On the other hand, India suspended the Indus Waters Treaty and closed the border. Although both countries declared a ceasefire, sporadic attacks are still taking place in border areas.

Meanwhile, Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in an Israeli and American attack. Due to this, locals attacked the American embassy in Pakistan. Protests were held against America and Israel. On the other hand, in India, Shia Muslims have taken up agitations in Jammu and Kashmir and Hyderabad, which has also caused a stir.
