Hyderabad, Oct.3 (Maxim News): The State government on Thursday appointed chairman and six members for Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
J. Srininvasa Rao of Old Alwal, Secunderabad was appointed as Chairperson and P. Anjan Rao of Christian colony, Hastinapuram under Vanasthalipuram, Chittimalla Raga Jyothi of Muneerabad of Medchal-Malkajgiri District, A. Shobha Rani of Thokalapally under Huzurabad mandal of Karimnagar District, B. Aparna of Begumpet, Yedlapalli Brundadhar Rao of Dornakal of Mahbubabad District and A. Devaiah of Kothapet as members.
According to the order, the Chairperson shall hold office for three years from the date on which he/she assumes office or till attaining the age of 65 years. Similarly, the Members also shall hold office for a term of three years. (Maxim News)
