Jaggu Swamy Files Quash Petition Says Falsely Implicated

Jaggy  Swamy | Hyderabad, Dec 3 (Maxim News) |  Jaggy  Swamy of Kerala to whom the Special investigation Team (SIT)  investigating into the MLAs purchasing case has given the notice under 41-A CrPC (lookout notice) has filed the quash petition in the High Court of Telangana stating that he has been falsely implicated and has nothing to do with the case. 

However, the police investigation revealed that Jaggu Swamy acted as an intermediary for Tushar and Ramchandra Bharti and said the police has enough evidence.

It is to mention here that senior BJP leader BL Santhosh, Kerala’s Jaggu Swamy, Tushar Vellapalli and B Srinivas are facing SIT investigation in the case of trying to buy four TRS MLAs.

The Telangana High Court stayed the notices issued to BL Santosh till the Dec 5th. No one from other states has appeared before the SIT in this case. Only Karimnagar lawyer Srinivas, Nandakumar’s wife Chitralekha and another lawyer Pratap Goud were present. (Maxim News)
