Internet/Delhi/Hyderabad, Mar 31 (Maxim News) Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar’s brother Mohammad Tahir Anwar has died in Pakistan. He lost his life under suspicious circumstances.
The banned terror outfit has said that Anwar’s last rites will be performed at Jamia Masjid Usman Wali in Bahawalpur. Masood Azhar has a total of five brothers and sisters. Anwar is one of them. He played a key role in the Jaish terror outfit. He was actively involved in terror activities.
It is known that during Operation Sindhur last year, ten family members of Masood Azhar lost their lives. Azhar’s sister, her husband, nephew, his wife, niece and five other family members lost their lives in the attack on the Jaish office in Bahawalpur.
It is known that Masood Azhar was declared an international terrorist by the UN Security Council. Masood is an accused in the 2001 Parliament attack, the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the 2016 Pathankot attack and the 2019 Pulwama attack.(Maxim News)
