Hyderabad: Actress Janhvi Kapoor appeared startled after an enthusiastic fan of Ram Charan rushed toward the stage during a promotional event for their upcoming film Peddi.
A video from the event, which has gone viral on social media, shows a fan attempting to approach Ram Charan while the actor was seated beside Janhvi Kapoor. The fan, reportedly dressed in a style similar to Ram Charan, made his way toward the stage before losing balance amid the crowd.
Fan’s Rush Causes Brief Scare
According to visuals circulating online, the fan appeared to stumble while trying to shake hands with Ram Charan. During the commotion, he reportedly collided with the sofa where Janhvi Kapoor was seated, leaving the actress visibly startled.
Security personnel immediately intervened to prevent any further disturbance. Ram Charan’s personal bodyguard, Kevin Kunta, quickly escorted the fan away from the stage, ensuring the safety of everyone present.
The incident lasted only a few moments, and the event continued without interruption.

The video quickly gained traction on social media, with many users praising the swift response of the security team. Several comments highlighted Janhvi Kapoor’s reaction, while others commended the professionalism of Ram Charan’s security staff.
Later, another video from the same event showed the fan meeting Ram Charan in a controlled setting. The fan thanked the actor and was seen bowing at his feet as a gesture of admiration.
