Janwada Farmhouse Case LIVE: High Court’s Deadline To KTR Brother-In-Law

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court has issued orders to give two days to KTR’s brother-in-law, Raj Pakala to attend the police investigation in the Janwada Farmhouse Case. The court directed the police to proceed with the investigation as per the rules.

Mokila Police issued a notice to KTR’s brother-in-law. The police said that these notices were issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS Act. It is known that the police affixed these notices to villa No. 40 of Orion villas as Raj Pakala was not at home.

Raj Pakala approached the Telangana High Court in the wake of information that the police were trying to arrest him illegally. The High Court heard the writ petition filed by Raj Pakala on Monday. A bench of Justice Vijay Sen Reddy heard the petition. Mayur Reddy, the lawyer for the petition, heard the arguments. (Maxim News)
