According to the details, Junior NTR approached the Telangana High Court in a land dispute in Jubilee Hills Housing Society. He went to court after a dispute arose regarding his plot at Jubilee Hills, Road No. 75. In 2003, NTR bought a plot from a person named Geetha Lakshmi. However, Junior NTR approached the High Court to cancel the order given by the DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) stating that the banks have rights over the land.
In 1996, Geetha Lakshmi’s family got loans on that land through property mortgages from various banks. However, Geetha Lakhsmi hid the matter while selling it to Jr. NTR. Geetha Lakshmi took loans from five banks on the same land through fake documents. But Geeta Lakshmi told NTR that at the time of selling the land, there was a mortgage loan in only one bank. At that time, NTR cleared the loan in a bank in Chennai and took those documents. Jr. NTR has been the owner of that plot since 2003.

However, as early as 1996, several banks issued notices claiming that the property was theirs due to non-payment of the loan due to the mortgage of the land. NTR approached the court to cancel these. He approached the High Court claiming that the DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) had given orders without conducting a comprehensive inquiry into the land matter. Jr. NTR’s lawyer said that a case has been filed against those who sold the land. But he said that the docket orders are to be received and if some time is given, the details will be submitted. The High Court said that the next hearing will be held on June 6. (Maxim News)
