The hearing is scheduled to take place on Tuesday after Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma recused herself from the case following recent controversy surrounding the proceedings.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia are among the key accused in the case linked to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.

The development comes after a trial court recently granted relief to several accused, including Kejriwal and Sisodia, in cases filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation. Following that order, the CBI approached the Delhi High Court challenging the trial court’s decision.
