Hyderabad, April 25 (Maxim News): Jagruti president Kavitha has taken a sensational decision. She announced the name of her new party as Telangana Rashtra Sena (TRS). She announced the name of her new party at a meeting held at Medchal ORR.
As soon as she announced the name of her party, the activists who came there chanted slogans like CM, CM. It is known that before the 2023 assembly elections, the name of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) was TRS. After that, with the intention of going into national politics, KCR changed the name of the party to BRS. Now, Kavitha has announced the name of her new party as TRS, which is creating a sensation in state politics.
Speaking on the occasion of announcing the name of the new party, Kavitha made several key comments. “I played a key role in the Telangana Udyamam. Jagruti laid a strong cultural foundation for this movement. After Bathukamma came, we came to know our culture. There is no personal freedom in Telangana. Telangana lived under the shadow of brutal surveillance. I am ashamed in some ways of being a part of the family that ruled at that time. All the dreams of Telangana have not yet been realized. The social Telangana chariot wheel has been shattered. BRS has lost the soul of Telangana. I want to become a mother to the people of the state. I carried Bathukamma in my arms and went around the city during the movement.
BJP does not want the formation of Telangana. A person without a head on his neck compared the formation of Telangana to Pakistan. We achieved the state in the name of water, funds and appointments. KCR is a changed man, a different man, not our man. No matter how difficult it is, Saru will not come back.. because he has changed. He is a man trapped in the hands of the jackals. If he had become our KCR, the Palamuru project would have been built. He has lost his political maturity. Where is KCR who should be supported if houses are being demolished. In ten years, he spent Rs. 1.89 lakh and provided water to only 18 lakh acres.
The state is ruled by a tyrant. Children are dying in Gurukuls, but the CM is not paying attention. The three parties are filled with injustice, corruption, and nepotism. Now our party is the main opposition. After two years, power is ours. My struggle is on five issues.
1. Education: If we come to power, we will provide free education to all. We will also provide it free to students studying in private schools.
2. Medical treatment: We provide free medical treatment for any disease, no matter which hospital you visit.
3. Agriculture: We will make the motto “The farmer is the king” come true.
4. Employment: We will provide loans ranging from Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 20 crore to the youth. We will provide 4 lakh jobs in a single notification. We will provide one lakh supernumerary jobs to activists.
5. Social justice: Justice should be done to SC, ST, BC and minorities in the state. We will provide 50 percent reservation to BCs,” Kavitha announced. (Maxim News)
