Kavitha vows to develop Nizamabad, thanks CM KCR

Hyderabad, Nov.26 (Maxim News): After winning the MLC seat of Nizamabad segment under local bodies quota, TRS leader and daughter of party supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Kavitha today reiterated that she will work hard for development of Nizamabad segment.

With Minister V Prashanth Reddy and other leaders, Kavitha took the certificate of election as an MLC from collector Narayana Reddy in Nizamabad.

She extended thanks to the Chief Minister for giving her an opportunity again to serve the Nizamabad segment. I extend thanks to all leaders for supporting her. They are in support of welfare and development programs in the state. I offer services to the people, she said.

Prashanth Reddy extended greetings and thanks to Kavitha on the occasion. He said that Kavitha earlier developed Nizamabad district and segment and will now do so further.

Kavitha was elected unanimously in the polls as a single independent candidate nomination was rejected.

The new MLC vowed to strive hard and put Kamareddy and Nizamabad on growth path. With blessings of the chief minister and the government I will try to develop my segment with all facilities, she said.

The Congress and the BJP failed to contest the polls and nomination of independent candidate Srinivas was rejected by poll authorities. (Maxim News)
