Hyderabad, July 2: Former MP and BJP national committee member Vijayashanti claimed on the sidelines of a BJP national executive meeting here that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s (KCR) entire family is corrupt. “I have never seen a CM in my life ruling a state sitting in a farmhouse,” she said, surprised.
The actress-turned-politician stated that the BJP cadre was ecstatic about hosting the national executive meeting here. “I am confident that Telangana voters will vote for the BJP in the next Assembly elections because it is a disciplined party,” she said.
Vijayashanti chastised the TRS chief for endorsing UPA presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha. “When it comes to presidential elections, there is a secret understanding between the TRS, Congress, and MIM,” she claimed.
KCR defrauded Telangana’s tribal people by opposing the candidature of Draupadi Murmu, a ST woman running for India’s top post with the support of the NDA.
