KTR Alleges Metro Asset Conspiracy Against CM Revanth
Hyderabad, March 29: KTR alleges Metro asset conspiracy against CM Revanth and accused the state government of targeting assets worth Rs 22000 crore. He said the move relates to the Metro project and land leased to a private firm.
KTR said the government was imposing a Rs 15000 crore debt on the public. He claimed this debt belongs to a private company. Moreover, he alleged that the decision lacks public benefit.
He stated that 280 acres of land were given on lease earlier. However, he alleged that the government is presenting them as purchased assets. Therefore, he said the lands still belong to the government.

KTR participated in protests along with party leaders at Gunpark. BRS leaders demanded action against alleged illegal mining activities. In addition, they sought a House Committee inquiry into related issues.
He alleged a conspiracy to take over land linked to the Metro project. He claimed the land is worth Rs 22000 crore. Moreover, he said such actions would harm public interest.
KTR also alleged pressure on officials related to the project. However, he did not provide further details. He urged authorities to conduct an inquiry by a sitting judge.
He said the government should protect public assets. Meanwhile, he warned of approaching the Governor if action is not taken. The issue has triggered political reactions in the state.
