Hyderabad, June 1 (Maxim News): BJP State president Dr K. Laxman today alleged that State government was ignoring to recruit TRT qualified candidates.
Speaking at a dharna program organized by the TRT 2017 post aspirants at dharna Chowk here on Saturday, senior Congress leader and party MLC T Jeevan Reddy demanded that the State government appoint all the 9,792 TRT Qualified candidates as teachers. He also alleged that the State government was closing schools on pretext of lack of students. He also alleged that the government had failed to fill teacher posts in the State.
Stating that the State government was keen on filling political vacancies in the State, Jeevan Reddy said the students and the unemployed youth had ran separate Telangana agitation on their shoulders. Stating that there were 1.2 lakh vacancies in the government sector at the time of the division of the State, Jeevan Reddy alleged that the State government had filled only 20,000 posts during the last five years. He said still 2.2 lakh posts remained vacant in the government sector now and demanded that the government fill all such posts. (Maxim News)
