Hyderabad: The Telangana Legislative Council passed three government Bills after brief discussion here on Monday.
They include The Telangana Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications (Amendment) Bill, 2017, Telangana Bhoodan and Gramdan (Amendment) Bill, 2017 and the Telangana State Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund (Planning, Allocation and Utilisation of Financial Resources) Bill, 2017.
These Bills were earlier passed by the Legislative Assembly. Soon after the House met on Monday, chairman, Swamy Goud, dispensed with the usual question hour and took up the Government Bills. Ministers Tummala Nageshwar Rao, G. Jagadish Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mehmood Ali moved the Bills.
