Minor Girl Raped By Relatives In Jayashankar Bhupalapally
An eight-year-old girl suffered rape by two relatives in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district of Telangana. One accused is a minor. Police shared details on Monday.

Police Act Swiftly After Complaint
The 21-year-old uncle took the girl from her house. He brought her to his nearby residence. This happened on Sunday evening. Her parents worked in agricultural fields then. He sexually assaulted her there.
Later, the girl returned home in distress. Her parents saw her crying. They asked what happened. She revealed the assault. Also, she told them about the earlier incident. A 16-year-old relative did the same act two days prior at their house.
Meanwhile, the parents lodged a complaint. Police recorded statements from the victim and her parents. They sent her for a medical examination. Therefore, action followed quickly.
Based on the complaint, police registered cases. They used relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. They also applied the BNS. The 21-year-old accused faced arrest. Police apprehended the juvenile. Further investigation continues now.
