Mobile Phone Recovery Drive Recovers 20 Devices in Old City

Hyderabad, Jan. 21 (Maxim News): Falaknuma Police recovered 20 lost and stolen mobile phones worth about Rs 3.5 lakh during a special Falaknuma mobile phone detection drive conducted to curb thefts and assist the public.

The recovery was made using technical analysis, the CEIR portal, IMEI tracking, and coordinated field enquiries.

Police traced the devices from different locations and verified ownership before returning them to the rightful owners.

Officers advised citizens to promptly report mobile phone loss or theft at the nearest police station or through online portals for quick action.

The Station House Officer of Falaknuma Police Station appreciated the efforts of the detection team.
